The "Best Law Firms" rankings by U.S. News & World Report – Best Lawyers are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations and peer review from leading attorneys in their field. Firms included in the “Best Law Firms” list are recognized for professional excellence with persistently impressive ratings from clients and peers. For 2024, the Horowitz Law Firm, P.A. was selected as a "Tier 1" firm by U.S. News & World Report.

Best Lawyers is one of the legal profession's oldest, and most respected, peer-review publications. Recognition in Best Lawyers is widely regarded by both clients and legal professionals as a significant honor. The Best Lawyers list is compiled after exhaustive peer review surveys in which tens of thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers.

Florida Trend’s "Legal Elite" recognizes the top attorneys in Florida who exemplify a standard of excellence in their profession as chosen by their peers. It is an exclusive annual honor that represents fewer than 2 percent of active Florida Bar members.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

The "Top" listings within the South Florida Legal Guide are published annually and are compiled from a review of peer nominations, standing with the Florida Bar and accomplishments to recognize leaders in the South Florida legal community who have been practicing a minimum of 10 years. The Horowitz Law Firm, P.A. was one of only 37 law firms selected for the "Top Law Firms" distinction.

The "Top Lawyer" listings by the Boca Raton Observer are published annually in conjunction with DataJoe, one of the country’s top research firms, which established the nomination, survey, research, screening, and selection process. Because inclusion in this list is exclusively peer-nominated, lawyers throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties were polled, asking them to nominate their peers, resulting in the "Top Lawyers" list.

South Florida Business Journal's "40 Under 40" Awards celebrates 40 business executives each year who exemplify innovation and leadership and make an impact in our economy and the community.

The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is a professional organization composed of the top trial lawyers from each state or region who are under the age of 40.  Membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers in each state who demonstrate leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile, as measured by objective and uniformly applied standards.
