Aaron has litigated complex matters with hundreds of millions of dollars at issue. He is available to litigate matters that may arise during the operation of your business. Those matters may relate to breach of contract, shareholder agreements, employment issues, intellectual property issues, or real estate issues. 

Aaron is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Certified Appellate Mediator and Commercial Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He serves on the Executive Council that oversees the Florida Bar’s 1,100-member Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
